No returns for change of mind
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair accessories (gajras, jasmine hair clips / jada billa), earrings or any worn item because of a change of mind or wrong choice.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund. To be eligible:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vasudhaalankara@gmail.com or +91 70125 03834.
- Share a clear, uncut unboxing video recorded from opening the sealed package, along with photos of the issue.
- The item must be unused, with original packaging and tags.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where available, or ask you to ship the item back. If we made the mistake, we cover the return shipping.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method (card, UPI or net banking).
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
- Shipping charges and any COD charge are non-refundable, except when the error is ours.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
