Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Handmade pieces may need a little longer; we will let you know if so.
Delivery time
- Kerala and South India: usually 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: usually 5–8 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during festivals, bad weather or for remote pin codes.
Shipping charges
- Flat shipping charge of ₹60 per order.
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
- Cash on Delivery orders carry a COD charge, shown at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS.
Damaged in transit
Please record an unboxing video when you open your parcel. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
