- Our jewellery and hair accessories are artificial / imitation jewellery and do not contain real gold, silver or precious stones unless clearly stated.
- Handcrafted pieces may show small variations in colour, size and finish. These are natural and not defects.

Pricing and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice.
- We accept debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking and Cash on Delivery (where available). A COD charge may apply.
- We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, stock issue or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount paid.

Avoid water, perfume and chemicals, and store pieces in a dry box or pouch.
